Frequently asked questions
How are items packaged?
T-shirts, totes and small prints are shipped in a mailer. Prints 11x14 and smaller are shipped flat with backing. Larger prints are shipped in a tube wrapped in a box.
Frame shipments are wrapped carefully and securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition, ready to hang.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged en route to you, we will offer to replace it when possible at no additional cost. Please let us know of any shipping damage within 7 days of receipt, we just ask that you provide photos of damage.
